Finally for the last step of the back massage, make big gliding motions over the spine and lower back and then to the hips which should also be given a deep massage with large circular motions.
Upper Back
The upper back massage is accomplished by putting the recipients arm behind their back with the elbow bent, and one had cupped on the shoulder blade while the other hand massages around the shoulder blade in upward motions.
Remember
When you are giving any massage, you should be careful not to rub too hard on the backbone, or just rub to the sides of it. All movements in the back massage should be gentle and not too fast even when you are moving from one part of the body to another. You should also make sure that the recipient has adequate body support with pillows under the upper chest, the ankles, and under the breasts (for women.) Then your back massage should be a great success.

Are we really going to say …
mengagement ring I DIDN’T know we men were wearing engagement rings nowadays, never mind that we have a special word for them. But we are – at least, we are according to one High St jewellery firm, which has a vested interest in claiming such nonsense is true.
“Mengagement ring” follows “guyliner”, “mantihose” and “manbags” as an essentially feminine product re-packaged for men, on the grounds that it makes good business and a good pun

GIRL SEES PARASAIL FATHER DIE IN FALL
0 Comments | Evening Standard; London (UK), Jul 28, 2010 | by Kiran Randhawa
A FATHER plunged to his death in front of his daughter as they were parasailing while on holiday in Turkey.
Emma Hudson, 25, watched in horror as her father Glenn, 50, fell to the beach from 164 feet up after his safety harness reportedly snapped.
They had been sailing through the air together on a tandem flight being towed by a boat when tragedy struck at the Mediterranean resort of Side on Saturday.
Miss Hudson said: “We were up there for about 10 minutes and suddenly he dropped. I was right next to him. We’d been chatting happily and then he was gone.
“I was screaming but it didn’t seem like I was screaming. It didn’t seem to take long for him to hit the beach.
“It was all unreal. It took a few moments before I realised what was going on. Then it seemed to take forever to get me down. Dad was lying on the beach below and I was dangling above. I saw him fall, I saw him hit the beach and I saw him lying on the beach.”
Today Mr Hudson’s wife Linda, 51, called for health and safety to be tightened up. Mrs Hudson, from Colchester, said: “I know my husband wouldn’t want me to let him die for nothing. I won’t let this go.”
Roof tiler Mr Hudson and his wife were on holiday with Emma, who works in sales, son Benn, 22, who is an electrician, and his girlfriend Jo Clarke. The Hudsons had been going to Turkey for about nine years and Mr Hudson had parasailed from the beach several times previously.
On Saturday, he and Emma paid about Pounds 40 each to have a go. Mrs Hudson said she stayed on the beach taking snaps as her husband and daughter rode out in the speedboat

Verbal crutches are bad habits that can become more apparent when you?re in stressful situations like job interviews, but are probably apparent when your guard is down like when you?re hanging out with friends. They don?t just appear when you pick up the phone for an interview.
Your other option is to record yourself while you practice for the interview. This can be trickier because you will of course know that you?re taping and will make more of an effort to clean up your act, but it could work.
Another option is to just make a conscious effort throughout the day to listen to what you are really saying.

Endeca and hybris Partner to Develop Endeca Multichannel Commerce
0 Comments | Wireless News, Jul 22, 2010
Endeca Technologies, a search applications company, and hybris, a vendor of multi-channel commerce and communication software, announced the joint development of Endeca Multichannel Commerce with hybris, partnering Endeca’s user experience and contextual merchandising capabilities, with the configurable hybris eCommerce Platform and built-in Product Content Management (PCM) system.
Endeca Multichannel Commerce with hybris allows businesses to sell and adapt to changing market needs at a much lower cost to IT.
“hybris is thrilled to be partnering with Endeca to offer this new solution to customers,” said Stefan Schmidt, director of product strategy at hybris. “By integrating with Endeca’s dynamic storefront capabilities and offering a more consistent and contextual user experience, we have created a commerce solution that caters to both company and customer needs.”
Endeca Multichannel Commerce with hybris unifies previously separate core commerce components that require the most integration – Endeca search, browse, merchandising with hybris eCommerce, WCMS, PIM, DAM, and print – into a single architecture. The result is a complete solution that addresses online retail business needs more flexibly. At the heart of Endeca Multichannel Commerce lies the hybris PCM, the basis for the flexibility and configurability of the hybris eCommerce Platform, which allows it to map to business structures and processes. The hybris eCommerce Platform provides a configurable, open-standard software package that increases online revenue by optimizing the sales process across all channels. This commerce platform allows the mapping of sales and order management, synchronizes sales channels, and provides retailers and manufacturers with a solution that manages and streamlines the entire sales cycle.
“B2B and B2C consumers are using multiple channels to research and purchase products and services,” said Chris Davey, senior VP and global head of marketing and commerce technologies for SapientNitro. “As product information and the related content expands, digital catalogs are growing more complex and challenging to manage
