A MAN who threatened South Park’s creators over an episode featuring the Prophet Muhammad in a bear suit has been arrested on a terror charge.
Muslim Zachary Chesser, 20, allegedly told FBI agents about his links with Somalian Islamist group al-Shabaab.
He spoke of his attempts to travel to join them.
Chesser, of Virginia, was arrested and charged with providing material support to al-Shabaab, a group seen by US authorities as being linked to al-Qaeda.
Chunk down the tasks. Help your child see a big workload as a series of manageable steps. Putting a title at the top of a blank piece of paper is often the first laborious step that flows to the next and the next. It?s the good old: ?Little by little.? and ?One step at a time.?
4. Create visual tools.
Colored sticky notes are the greatest invention for visible goal setting. As assignments come in, each title gets its own sticky note. Color code according to due date or subject or what makes sense. Post on the wall. As the assignments are completed, another sticky comes down and satisfaction goes up. Incentives, rewards and break time can be built into the conquering of each sticky noted assignment.

FORMULA One driver Mark Webber, a man used to racing at speeds of 180mph, was airlifted to hospital in Tasmania yesterday with a broken leg, suffered, ironically, when he was knocked from his bicycle in a road accident.
The 32-year-old Australian will miss testing in Spain next week with Red Bull, his motor-racing team, but hopes to be fit before the first grand prix of the 2009 world championship in Melbourne in March.
Webber, a cycling fanatic who has trained with seven-times Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong in the mountains above Monaco, was taking part in his own charity event, the Mark Webber Pure Tasmania Challenge, when he was involved in a head-on collision with a fourwheel drive vehicle. The driver of the car was unhurt.
Event organiser Geoff Donohue said: ‘Mark has had surgery to insert a pin into his broken leg. I chatted to him before the operation and he’s in really good spirits considering. He’s very philosophical, as Mark usually is.’ Donohue denied earlier reports that Webber had suffered multiple fractures and other serious injuries. ‘He has a little bit of a graze on his left forearm, but scans have shown that everything else is clear,’ he said.
‘The main focus right now is that he’s had the operation and it appears that it was very routine and successful

In a school setting, they should be told to tell their teacher or the playground supervisor if something happens that they do not know how to handle.
3) Focus on the positive and boost their self-esteem as much as possible.
This is especially important if your child has been called ?stupid, fat, ugly, lazy, etc.? Assure them that you know they are a wonderful kid and to you they are very special. Be genuine. Kids can see through insincerity. Tell them that other children can be mean because they don?t know any other way to act. As hard as it is, don?t agree with their assessment of Sally being a jerk, even if she is one.

AHOY there. Fans of interiors trends – coastal style is sailing over the horizon and promises to breathe freshness and life into rooms.
Bright blues and crisp whites make for a ship-shape look with a unique breezy charm that suits any setting even if it’s miles from the sea.
“Nautical style does seem to be timeless and endlessly appealing,” says Claudia Lewellen, director at Runaway Coast, a company whose products can conjure ‘down by the sea’ style.
“This look is instantly recognisable and loved by everyone, and isn’t restricted to being used just in homes by the coast. As an island race we certainly do have a special bond with the sea that surrounds us and just being close to it never ceases to be a draw. Using coastal inspiration to decorate is also a great way to update rooms for summer.”
She believes the look has a magical ability to evoke the emotion of holidays, and it’s that which guarantees its perennial popularity. “Just a glimpse of deckchair stripes and a coastal accessory can transport us to times when we escaped and relaxed in a comfortable environment,” she points out.
She advises following an informal ‘kick off your shoes and relax’ look for spaces.
“You should aim for simple and understated yet smart scheme, and use a mix of vibrant and gentle colours inspired by nature,” she says.
So if you see no ships – or any seaside style – in your rooms, your home will be sadly lacking

Maryland recovered $26 million lost to fraud and waste in the state’s Medicaid program during fiscal 2010, state officials said.
The money was recouped from health care providers and physicians who bilked the state for extra money through ploys that included billing the state for services not rendered and overcharging for prescriptions.
Fraud and abuse account for 5 to 10 percent of the billions the state spends on Medicaid each year, said Mike Raia, spokesman for Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown.
Raia said the state expects to save $46.5 million from false health claims in fiscal 2011, because of a law state lawmakers passed in the last legislative session meant to deter health providers and physicians from fraud.
The law, called the Medicaid False Claims Act, will allow health officials to pursue civil damages for false health claims and reap four times as much money in damages from violators.
Currently if a physician profits $10 from a false claim, the state can recoup only $10. The false claims act, which goes into effect Oct

Finally for the last step of the back massage, make big gliding motions over the spine and lower back and then to the hips which should also be given a deep massage with large circular motions.
Upper Back
The upper back massage is accomplished by putting the recipients arm behind their back with the elbow bent, and one had cupped on the shoulder blade while the other hand massages around the shoulder blade in upward motions.
Remember
When you are giving any massage, you should be careful not to rub too hard on the backbone, or just rub to the sides of it. All movements in the back massage should be gentle and not too fast even when you are moving from one part of the body to another. You should also make sure that the recipient has adequate body support with pillows under the upper chest, the ankles, and under the breasts (for women.) Then your back massage should be a great success.
